GRACE THAT TEACHES

It does not only forgive — it forms. It does not merely pardon — it partners with the believer, leading them into a life that reflects the heart of God. When Paul wrote to Titus, he did not portray grace as a passive concept. He revealed grace as an active force — "appearing to all men" and "teaching us". That word teaching in the Greek (paideuō) is the same root used for child-training. Grace is not just a liberator; it is a lifelong discipler. It teaches us to deny — not suppress, not negotiate with, but reject — ungodliness and worldly lusts.
